Notes:

• Prices, effective February 1, 2011, are for a single seat (and single business) license.
• Prices do not include taxes or Shipping & Handling charges.

• If you handle the record-keeping for multiple companies and want to license The Mechanic's Edge to process data for multiple operations, call us to discuss our multi-company licensing program.

What about Upgrades?

Maintenance releases are available free of charge for 1 (one) year from date of purchase.  Thereafter, updates can be purchased for a fee.

Can I Purchase More Support and Training Time?

Yes. Here is the pricing structure:

Remote, Pre-scheduled Training (Within 1st 3 Months)	$75 per hour
5-Hour Block of Support	$450

• Note: we charge against support blocks in 1/4 hour increments

Minimum Computer Requirements

• The Mechanic's Edge is compatible with Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7 operating systems.
• The Mechanic's Edge operates on Microsoft Access 2000 (or higher versions). We highly recommend that users have a license to Microsoft Access for ease of support and allow you to compact and repair your databases.
• The Mechanic's Edge users must have Internet connection and use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher for receipt of product upgrades and technical support via the Internet. Users must also be able to access the Internet and telephone simultaneously. Recommended System Requirements: Standard Desktop/Laptop PC @ 1GHz, 500 MB RAM, minimum 10 GB hard disk space (with 1 GB free space). For Apple Macs, we recommend running on VMWare Fusion https://www.vmware.com/products/fusion/.
