The Pelican Property Management Software is a specialized software system for property managers and owners. It allows property managers to keep track of their reservations for any number of properties. The system is especially designed for those managers who act as agents for owners who don't want to hassle with managing their own properties. Moreover, for those who manage multiple properties for multiple owners, the system records all financial transactions and accounts for the amount due to each owner for each property

The Pelican runs on the internet -- you can use it anywhere. Whether you work out of an office, at home, or on the road, The Pelican is always available, as long as you have access to the internet.

We have designed a set of interfaces that allows you to run the The Pelican on any smartphone with a browser, whether it be an iPhone, Blackberry, Samsung, Nokia, or some other type. When you get that call when you're out at dinner and a customer wants to know if unit 1403 at the Magic Sun resort is available for July 4th, you can tell them yes or no right then! Your success depends on being accessible to your customers all the time, and having the information you need at your fingertips to respond to them immediately.

The Pelican is great for managing Florida condos, Bar Harbor guest cottages, Lake Tahoe ski cabins, Myrtle Beach golf getaways, and other types of vacation properties.

The Pelican is a robust software application that ensures the integrity of your data:

One Database: The Pelican uses Microsoft's SQL Server database to store its data. What does this mean to you? It means:

All your data are stored in one place -- no more searching for the right MS Excel file.
Data are keyed in once. For example, if you setup a guest once, you can use pick lists to pick the guest anywhere else you need.
Changes cause all related data to be updated automatically. For example, you change a guest's name or property name -- all related records are then automatically updated.
The data are stored on our server -- you do not need to hassle with back ups. All your data are available through a browser interface from wherever and whenever you want.

The Pelican is Configurable

The Pelican is quite configurable, so we can incorporate your terminology directly into the software. The lists included in the software are all defined by you -- property types, amenities and guest details are all defined to fit your own rental business. You get to set the terminology you use in The Pelican.
Date formats? The Pelican uses whatever setting you have for your computer.
The Pelican comes with pre formatted statements. We can customize these to fit your needs.

Looking up a reservation is a piece of cake. If you need to edit a reservation, you can call it up by reservation number or pick it from a list filtered by property or guest.
