Focus of Report is to show detailed listing of sample loads from each block, on a
load-by-load basis
The selection criteria determine the date range and block that appear in
the report. The report is based on your sample load entries.
The report shows the sample loads delivered from each block, grouped by the
date or block of the sample load. There are subtotals for each date or block
combination, and a total for all loads from all sample loads.
For each sample load, the columns are:
- Date: Date of the load
- Block: Source block of the load
- Ticket: Load ticket number
- Date In: Entry date/time of the truck into the yard
- Date Out: Exit date/time of the truck out of the yard
- Truck No: Truck number
- Truck Type: Truck type
- Load Attribute columns: Columns for load attributes, such as
Species, Sort, Process, Stratum, etc)
- Destination: Destination of the load
- Gross: Gross (full) truck weight
- Tare: Tare (empty) truck weight.
- Net: Net (Gross less Tare) truck weight
- Volume: Volume of the load. The unit of measure for the
volume is based on the unit of measure identified for the the source block
when it was setup. In the United States, this measure is usually in
Tons.
- Scale Volume. This is the scaled volume based on the hand scale
of the logs for the load, generally expressed in MBF.
- Tons/Vol: This is the ratio of the Tons to the volume (usually
MBF) for the sample load.
Example report 2 shows the same report where the show details checkbox has
been checked. Note for each sample load, where the hand scale data exists,
a set of records is listed below each sample load that show the logs grouped by
species and product.
