Data Entry: Employee Time Slips
Select Data Entry | Time Slips | Employees | Enter Slips. This window
is where you enter your employee time. Click on 'Add' to enter a new time
slip.

By clicking 'Add', you call up the time entry form:

The required entries for a time slip are shown in yellow:
- Date: The date the work was performed.
- Equipment: Equipment unit employee operated (NONE is an option).
- Truck: Truck the employee operated (NONE is an option).
- Activity: The activity the employee performed.
- Hours: The number of hours of work performed.
- Block: The geographic work area (e.g. block, tract, forest, etc.) in which the work was performed.
- Revenue Contract: The revenue contract (revenue stream) against
which the employee's cost will be charged
- Date for Pay: Date used to determine the pay period in which the
time will be paid (defaults to the date work was performed). This date
entry can be used to move time from one pay period to another.
Time Summary Tab
The Time Summary Tab shows a summary of all the employee's time by day.
Because an employee often has more than one time entry for a day, the summary
allows you to see at a glance each employee's daily hours.
