Reports: Employee Statements - Tree Counts

Select Reports | Employee Statements from the Main Menu.  Select an employee.  The grid in the window will show all time entries and pay for a given employee.  Use this grid to ensure that all entries are paid at the correct rate.  The grid will be split into multiple sections.  The first section will cover pay based on hours and will show a breakdown of straight-time, overtime, etc.  The second section will cover pay based on tree counts.  This section will show the tree count numbers, the pay rate and the pay amount.  If an employee is paid both hourly and by tree count, there will be two rows for each day -- one under hourly pay and one under tree count pay.

An alternative hourly payroll report is under Reports | Hourly | Employees.  This report can also be used to verify that the pay for each employee is correct.  This report will include pay by tree count if the checkbox 'Pay-by-Tree' is checked.
