Reports

The Logger's Edge provides a wide range of reports. In general, we find that users only utilize a small subset of these reports and it is easy to enable and disable reports so that your Logger's Edge reporting application has only those reports that suit your needs. We have included documentation on each report below so that you can better understand how to use these reports, and to see what reports are available.

Block, Economics Reports:

1.		Blocks, Pro Forma Income Statement (#101) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary profit and loss statement on an individual block-by-block basis.

2.		Activity Costs, Summary, By Actual Volume (#102) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary, by block, of your costs by activity. The costs included here are your payroll costs, your contractor payments, and your own internal charges for the use of your own equipment.

3.		Production Costs, Combined, By Estimated Volume (#104) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary, by block, of your production costs and your estimated production. The report is suited for those operations that pay their workers on an hourly basis and record tree counts to measure production. This report is a companion report to the report Blocks, Production Costs, Combined, by Actual Volume, except that actual production is replaced with estimated production.

4.		Production Costs, Combined, By Actual Volume (#105) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary, by block, of your production costs and your actual delivered production. The report is suited for those operations that pay their workers on an hourly basis and track their employees and equipment on their load slips. This report is a companion report to the report Blocks, Production Costs, Combined, by Estimated Volume, except that estimated production is replaced with actual delivered production.

5.		Production, Own Equipment, Summary, By Estimated Volume (#106) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary, by block, of the hours worked and cost for your equipment. The report provides a breakout of hours by activity. If tree counts are entered on time slips, the report computes the estimated production of the equipment and the cost per unit of production. The report is a companion report to Blocks, Production, Own Equipment, Daily, by Estimated Volume that provides a detailed (daily) version of the data.

6.		Production, Own Equipment, Summary, By Actual Volume (#107) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary, by block, of your equipment costs and your actual delivered production. The report is suited for those operations that pay their workers on an hourly basis and track their employees and equipment on their load slips. The report is a companion report to Blocks, Production, Own Equipment, Daily, by Estimated Volume that provides a detailed (daily) version of the data.

7.		Production, Own Equipment, Daily, By Estimated Volume (#108) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a daily listing, by block, of the hours worked and cost for your equipment. The report provides a breakout of hours by activity. If tree counts are entered on time slips, the report computes the estimated production of the equipment and the cost per unit of production. The report is a companion report to Blocks, Production, Own Equipment, Summary, by Estimated Volume that provides a summarized version of the data.

8.		Production, Own Employees (#110) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary, by block, of the hours worked and payroll for your employees. The report provides a breakout of hours by activity. If tree counts are entered on time slips, the report computes the estimated production of the employee and the cost per unit of production.

10.		Revenue, By Destination, Summary -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary listing, by activity, of the revenue you have received by destination mill. The report also shows subtotals by block. This report is a companion report to the report Blocks, Revenue by Destination, Detailed that shows revenue detail by load.

11.		Revenue, By Destination, Detailed -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a detailed listing, by load and activity, of the revenue you have received by destination mill. The report also shows subtotals by block. This report is a companion report to the report Blocks, Revenue by Destination, Summary that summarizes revenue by destination and block.

12.		Summary P&L, Full Founded Cost (#117) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary profit and loss statement on an individual block-by-block basis. Instead of using employee payroll costs to calculate employee expenses, the report uses the fully founded rates (that include the cost of the operator) for equipment to account for both equipment and employee costs.

13.		Summary, by Activity, Full Founded Cost -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary, by block, of your full costs by activity. The report calculates full costs as the sum of payments to contracts plus the internal charges for using your own equipment, based on the fully founded rate -- the rate that is intended the full hourly operating cost of the equipment including the driver.

14.		Block Cruise Volume (#130) -- Report Documentation
		The report is valuable for use in monitoring both the amount of -- and value of -- the standing timber inventory that you have purchased on a lump sum basis, but have not yet harvested. This report also provides valuable information upon completion of a Block because it shows how the tract has "cut out" relative to how it was cruised, and whether you ultimately made money on the Block.

15.		Block Profit, by Activity (#131) -- Report Documentation
		This report provides a nice summary of your financial performance on the block. It also contains key statistics such as number of loads from the block, and volume per hectare.

16.		Block Hourly Equipment Cost (#134) -- Report Documentation
		This report provides a nice summary of productivity by phase (volume harvested / productive hour). It also shows costs per cubic meter. If you track the equipment units that performed a given phase on the load slips themselves, this report will match the machine hours with that machine's volume so you can compare the productivity of one machine versus the other.

17.		Block Profitability Summary (#135) -- Report Documentation
		This report is nice for comparing your performance from one block to the next, and for obtaining a quick snapshot of your performance from one pay period to the next, by block. It allows for an easy comparison across blocks in terms of volumes delivered, and both total and average revenues, costs and profits. Because it only contains costs based on load slips and miscellaneous entries, it is best suited for users whose primary focus is on revenues and costs associated strictly with the load tickets

18.		Weekly Production Report (#136) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of report is similar to Report #132, but Report #136 summarizes revenues and costs (as well as production -- weights and volume) by pay period for the life of a block. This report provides a nice picture of the harvesting profile over time for a given block so that you can see if there were any large time period gaps in harvesting activity.


19.		Block - Hourly Equipment Summary (#141) -- Report Documentation
		This report provides a summary of productivity by phase (volume harvested / productive hours). It also shows costs per volume based on the "full" equipment hourly rates, rather than the standard hourly machine rates and your actual hourly labor costs.

20.		Block Statistics (#144) -- Report Documentation
		This report provides a nice summary of production information related to the block. Specifically, it shows the volume delivered and average load statistics, as well how long it took (number of days) to produce that volume. The report summarizes: Volumes delivered from a given block by destination, species (C Part 4) and product (C Part 5). The number of hauling days and loads per day, as well as production days and loads per day. The equipment that worked on the job, and how many days that machine worked.

22.		Block Equipment Budgeted Hours Report (#147) -- Report Documentation
		This report provides a comparison of your productivity, by logging phase, against your budget target on a block-block basis. The report is particularly helpful for those contractors who own most of their own equipment, who generally pay operators of those machines by the hour, and who receive targeted productivity rates for each phase of operation from the mill(s) for who they work. .

23.		Block Equipment Budgeted Cost Report (#148) -- Report Documentation
		This report is a companion report to report #147 and shows your actual machine hours and costs within a block on a phase by phase basis so that you can monitor your actual performance against your targeted (budgeted) performance. Often, mills will set volume per hour targets (by phase) and cost per volume targets (by phase). You need a way of tracking your actual performance against the mill's benchmarks to help in your rate discussion process with the mill.

24.		Block Hourly Cost Summary (#160) -- Report Documentation
		This report is particularly useful for those loggers who track the machine that performs each activity on each load ticket. The report allows you to analyze your (1) production per hour and (2) cost per unit of production using your fully found rates. These measures can be compared against a block target or budget to see how well you are performing on each phase of operation. The report also provides a distribution of loads by truck type, species and sort (or stratum)

Block, Production Reports:

1.		Equipment Utilization, Summary (#111) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show the production hours and total hours, by equipment unit, grouped by equipment type, on a block-by-block basis. The data are summarized to show the tree counts and estimated production (based on the volume per tree on the block) on an hourly basis. The report shows how productive your equipment is on a block-by-block basis. This report is a companion report to the report: Blocks (Production) - Equipment Utilization, Detailed in which the data are presented on a daily basis.

2.		Equipment Utilization, Detailed (#112) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show the daily production hours and total hours, by equipment unit, grouped by equipment type, on a block-by-block basis. The data are organized to show the daily tree counts and estimated production (based on the volume per tree on the block) on a per hour basis. The report shows how productive your equipment is on a block-by-block basis. This report is a companion report to the report: Blocks (Production) - Equipment Utilization, Summary in which the daily data are presented in summary form.

3.		Deliveries, By Destination (#116) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show detailed deliveries from each block to each destination, on a load-by-load basis

4.		Summary Tree Count, By Primary Part 1 -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show the tree counts by Primary Part 1 (for example, "Area") and by Block. The report will use both Tree Count 1 and Tree Count 2. This report is the same as the Blocks (Production) - Summary Trees, by Block Report, with the exception that the filter screen allows the selection of areas (instead of blocks), thereby selecting ALL blocks within each area.

5.		Summary Tree Count, By Block -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show the tree counts by by individual Block. The report will use both Tree Count 1 and Tree Count 2. This report is the same as the Blocks (Production) - Summary Trees, by Primary Part 1 Report, with the exception that the filter screen allows the selection of individual blocks.

6.		Detailed Tree Count, By Primary Part 1 -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show the tree counts by Primary Part 1 (for example, "Area") and by Block. The report will use both Tree Count 1 and Tree Count 2. This report is the same as the Blocks (Production) - Detailed Trees, by Block Report, with the exception that the filter screen allows the selection of areas (instead of blocks), thereby selecting ALL blocks within each area.

7.		Detailed Tree Count, By Block -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show the tree counts by Block. The report will use both Tree Count 1 and Tree Count 2. This report is the same as the Blocks (Production) - Detailed Trees, by Area Report, with the exception that the filter screen allows the selection of blocks (instead of areas).

8.		Customer Advances, Summary (#123) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary of advances (and repayments) made by customers (mills).

9.		Customer Advances, by Block (#159) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a detailed listing of advances (and repayments) made by customers (mills). The report shows each transaction, both issuance and repayment, for each advance on a block-by-block basis. The report also shows your estimated volume harvested and your actual deliveries, also on a block-by-block basis.

10.		Decked Wood -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a report that estimates the inventory of wood that has been harvested, yet not delivered on a block-by-block basis. The report uses tree counts, and the volume per tree, to estimate production. Deliveries are based on load slips.

11.		Block Production Report (#132) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of report is to summarize production (weights and volume) by pay period for the life of a block. This report provides a nice picture of the harvesting profile over time for a given block so that you can see if there were any large time period gaps in harvesting activity.

Revenue Contract Reports:

1.		Summary P&L (#201) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary profit and loss statement on a revenue contract basis. Because a revenue contract may cover multiple blocks, a the P&L for a revenue contract may represent the consolidated P&L for a group of blocks.

2.		Employee Hours, Summary, by Activity (#202)-- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary listing, by revenue contract, of the hours worked and the payroll cost of your employees, broken down by activity. The report provides a breakout of the total hours and payroll cost by employee and by activity. The payroll cost shown in the report is calculated based on the direct payroll cost or the loaded cost at your option. This report is a companion report to the report Contracts, Employee Hours, Detailed (#204) in which the data are reported on a daily basis.

3.		Own Equipment, Summary, by Activity (#203) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary listing, by revenue contract, of the hours worked and cost for your equipment. The report provides a breakout of hours by equipment unit and by activity. The cost shown in the report is calculated based on the standard cost or the fully founded rate at your option. This report is a companion to the report Contracts, Own Equipment Hours, Detailed (#205) in which the data are reported on a daily basis.

4.		Employee Hours, Detailed (#204) --Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a daily listing, by revenue contract, of the hours worked and the payroll cost for your employees. The report provides a breakout of hours by employee and by activity. The payroll cost shown in the report is calculated based on the direct payroll cost or the loaded cost at your option. This report is a companion to the report Contracts, Own Equipment Hours, Summary (#202) where data are shown on a summary basis.

5.		Own Equipment Hours, Detailed (#205) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a daily listing, by revenue contract, of the hours worked and cost for your equipment. The report provides a breakout of hours by equipment unit and by activity. The cost shown in the report is calculated based on the standard cost or the fully founded rate at your option. This report is a companion to the report Contracts, Own Equipment Hours, Summary (#203) where data are shown on a summary basis.

Load Reports:

1.		Daily, By Block, By Ticket (#301) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show detailed deliveries from each block, on a load-by-load basis

2.		Loads Paid, All Loads (#302) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a detailed listing, by load, of who has been paid for each activity. You can use this report to audit each load to ensure that: (1) payments are correct; (2) everyone has been paid who should be paid; and (3) that no one who should have been paid is left unpaid.

3.		Loads Paid, Only Unpaid (#303) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a detailed listing, by load, of those activities that have not been paid. For each activity on a block that has been designated as to be paid, the report checks to see if a pay record exists. If none exists, the load and unpaid activity are reported.

4.		Loads, Multi-Pay (#309) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a detailed listing, by load, of who has been paid more than once for an activity activity. You can use this report as a diagnostic tool to identify loads that have been paid in error. The most common source of multi-pay errors is overlapping pay contracts that are setup to pay the same activity on wood delivered out of the same block.

5.		Mill Settlements, All Loads (#304) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a detailed listing, by load, of the mill settlements (revenue) for each activity. You can use this report to audit the mills to which you deliver to ensure that you are being paid for all loads delivered.

6.		Mill Settlements, Only Unpaid (#305) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a detailed listing, by load, of the mill settlements (revenue) the are UNPAID for each activity. You can use this report to audit the mills to ensure you have been paid for every load. This report is a companion report to the Mill Settlements, All Loads report except that only unpaid loads are shown.

7.		Mill Settlements, Reconciliation (#306) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a detailed listing, by load, of the mill settlements (revenue) the are actually received for each activity compared to the revenue you should have received. For instance, differences in pay weights or applicable rates may yield differences between the actual revenue you received versus what you should have received based on the contract rate and your record of the pay weight.

8.		Loads, Profitability (#308) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a detailed listing, by load, of the mill settlements (revenue) the are actually received for each activity and the payments that are made for each activity. The difference between the revenue and the payments is the gross "profit" made on a load-by-load basis. The cash "Profit" is the amount that is used to cover the remainder of your hourly or internal charges of your operation.

9.		Loads, by Contractor Equipment (#307) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a detailed listing, by contractor equipment unit, that worked on each load. The report shows the amounts paid to contractors for equipment on a load-by-load basis.

10.		Loads, Activities (#310) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a detailed listing, by activity, of the equipment and worker who worked each load. The report covers both company-owned equipment and employees, as well as contractor-owned equipment and contract operators. The report is useful as an audit tool to ensure that you have listed the correct workers and equipment on each load.

11.		Employee Production Earnings (#311) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a detailed listing, by activity, of the employee/worker who worked each load and their earnings. The report covers both employees and contract workers.

12.		Subcontractor Pay Summary (#315) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show a summary listing of contractor pay, by phase/activity and by block. A specific subtotal is included for each equipment unit and for each contractor (owner). The average pay rate (pay divided by pay units) is show for each contractor and can be compared to the rates set up for the block.

13.		Georgia Timber Tax (#319) -- Report Documentation
		This report summarizes stumpage payments (paid on a per unit basis, not on a lump sum basis) by county and by landowner for a given date range. This information is required for use in timber tax reporting by the state of Georgia.

14.		Georgia Timber Tax, by Tract (#320) -- Report Documentation
		This report is similar to Report #319 (Georgia Timber Tax), but provides a tabulation by tract instead county. The report summarizes stumpage payments (paid on a per unit basis, not on a lump sum basis) for each tract and by landowner for a given date range.

Cutting Edge Reports:

Time Reports:

1.		Daily Detail, By Employee (#402) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show a listing of hours worked and pay by employee, by activity and by type of time (straight, overtime, double overtime, etc). The report can be run in two formats: (1) by day, in which case all time for employees is shown for each day and then totaled by day; and (2) by employee, in which case all time entries are grouped by employee and then totaled by employee.

2.		By Employee, By Week (#403) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show a listing of hours worked and pay by employee, by activity and by type of time (straight, overtime, double overtime, etc, by Week. This report is a valuable tool in checking your overtime calculations where your overtime is based on a certain number of hours worked per week (e.g., 40, 44, etc).

3.		Daily, By Activity Type (#404) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show a listing of hours worked, by basic activity type, such as production, maintenance, down, non-work, etc.

4.		Hours and Cost, By Worker (#405) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show a detailed listing of hours worked and costs, by activity, for each worker -- both employees and contract workers. The cost includes the direct payroll cost, the cost of equipment and any contractor costs. The report is often useful in identifying mistakes in time entries where equipment or activities don't align sensibly with the associated worker. This report in the analog of the report "Time - Hours & Cost, by Equipment (#406)," where the entries are group by workers unit instead of equipment.

5.		Hours and Cost, By Equipment (#406) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show a detailed listing of hours worked and costs, by activity, for each piece of equipment -- both for your own equipment and contractor equipment. The cost includes the direct payroll cost, the cost of equipment and any contractor costs. The report is often useful in identifying mistakes in time entries where equipment or activities don't align sensibly with the associated worker. This report in the analog of the report "Time - Hours & Cost, by Worker (#405)," where the entries are group by equipment unit instead of workers.

6.		Hourly Worker Analysis (#407) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show a listing of each employee, their hours by machine and activity. These entries are matched up against the worker, machine and activities entered on load tickets to estimate the volume produced. Key statistics in this report are: (1) your cost per hour for an activity on a block, (2) M3 per hour, by activity, and (3) cost per M3.

7.		Subcontractor Hourly Pay Summary (#408) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary of pay to hourly subcontractors. This is especially useful in checking/auditing your contractor hourly rates by phase.

8.		Hourly Equipment Charge Outs (#409) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary of pay to hourly subcontractors. This is especially useful in checking/auditing your contractor hourly rates by phase.

Equipment Reports:

1.		Daily Utilization, Equipment (#501) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide equipment utilization data, by equipment unit. Hours are grouped by type (production, maintenance, down, etc) and the percentage utilization (production hours/available hours) is reported.

2.		Daily Production Costs (#502) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide hours and cost data for your company-owned equipment. The report also provides production and costs per unit of production for those units where tree counts are entered on time slips.

3.		Operating Costs (#503) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to track Total Operating Costs for each Equipment Unit. The historical data for operating costs can then be used in order to estimate your standard costs of operating each piece (or each type) of equipment.

4.		Daily Production Costs, Full Founded (#504) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide hours and cost data for your company-owned equipment. Costs are calculates using the fully-founded equipment rate -- a rate that includes both your internal charge for the equipment, but also the charges for operator. The report also provides production and costs per unit of production for those units where tree counts are entered on time slips.

5.		Equipment Maintenance (#505)-- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to track maintenance hours and types of maintenance events performed on each piece of equipment. The report uses two optional fields (WORK_CODE_1 and WORK_CODE_2) on time slips to categorize maintenance activities. The cost of the activity is measured based on employee charge-out rates and provides a market-based valuation of the cost of maintaining your equipment.

6.		Equipment Revenue (#506)-- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show the revenue earned (that is, revenue paid to you) for each equipment unit that is tracked on the load slips. The report essentially apportions the revenue earned from a particular phase of operation to each piece of equipment involved in performing that phase so that you can track how much money each equipment unit is earning (by phase).

6.		Standard Utilization (#508)-- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide equipment utilization data, by equipment unit. Hours are grouped by type (production, maintenance, down, etc) and the percentage utilization (production hours/available hours) is reported. This report determines "available hours" by looking at the targeted utilization percentage you set up for each piece of equipment in the equipment costing worksheet. (Report 501 uses the total hours entered from the time card (other than routine maintenance hours) each day as the "available" hours.)

Truck Reports:

1.		Deliveries (#601) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show detailed deliveries for each truck, on a load-by-load basis. Load attributes include date/time in and out of the yard, destination, truck type (configuration) and weights (gross, tare, net).

2.		Cycle Time, by Truck (#602) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show truck cycle times. A cycle is defined as the time to complete a round trip between a block and the mill. This provides data of the length of time it takes to complete a round trip between a block and the mill. It also allows you to determine any abnormally long (eg., doddling drivers) or short trips (eg., speeding drivers).

3.		Cycle Time, by (#603)Block -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show truck cycle times. A cycle is defined as the time to complete a round trip between a block and the mill. This provides data of the length of time it takes to complete a round trip between a block and the mill. It also allows you to determine any abnormally long (eg., doddling drivers) or short trips (eg., speeding drivers). This report shows the cycle times group by block

4.		Overloads (#604) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is list overloads by Truck number. The report uses the maximum weights set up in the system to determine if a truck is overloaded.

5.		Operating Costs (#605) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to track Total Operating Costs for each truck. The historical data for operating costs can then be used in order to estimate your standard costs of operating each truck.

6.		Load Revenue (#606) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show the revenue earned for each truck on a load-by-load basis. The report also summarized loads and load revenue (for trucking) by day and and by truck number. This report is for revenue earned by you for the trucking activity paid to you by the mill. This is not the amount that you pay for trucking to either your employees or subcontractors.

7.		Truck Contractor Pay (#607) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show the amounts paid to subcontractors for the trucking activity. These are the amounts that are paid to contractors as distinct from revenue received from the mill (see the Trucks, Load Revenue report for revenues). The amounts exclude payments to your own drivers of for the use of your trucks -- they only include those paid to subcontractors.

8.		Truck Cost (#113) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show your consolidated truck costs, by block (or day), from all sources. Costs include (1) amounts paid to your own drivers, (2) amounts paid to subcontractors either in their role as drivers or in their role as truck owners, and (3) internal charges for the use of your own trucks (based on their standard cost).

9.		Log Haul Cost, by Distance (#608) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show your subcontractor trucking cost, on a distance basis. The key statistics in the report are (1) the cost/distance and (2) the cost/delivered unit (M3, MBF, Tonne, Ton). These statistics are essential in determining the rates you must receive from the mill for log hauling. The report is especially useful if you are paying subcontractors on one basis (say Tonne or Ton), but receiving revenue on a volume basis, such as Cubic Metres or MBF.

10.		Truck Maintenance (#609) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to track maintenance hours and types of maintenance events performed on each truck. The report uses two optional fields (WORK_CODE_1 and WORK_CODE_2) on time slips to categorize maintenance activities The cost of the activity is measured based on employee charge-out rates and provides a market-based valuation of the cost of maintaining your trucks.

11.		BC Fuel Rebate (#610) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide the detailed calculations needed to apply for the British Columbia fuel rebate. The summary data can be used to complete the "Off-Highway Worksheet" that is used to estimate the Litres used in off-highway uses.

12.		Truck Cycle Time, By Area (#611) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show truck cycle times. A cycle is defined as the time to complete a round trip between a block and the mill. This provides data of the length of time it takes to complete a round trip between a block and the mill. It also allows you to determine any abnormally long (e.g.., doddling drivers) or short trips (e.g.., speeding drivers) This report is similar to Truck reports 2 and 3, except that the clock runs through midnight, allowing you to count trips that span more than one day.

13.		Trucking Subcontractor Pay Summary (#614) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary of pay to trucking subcontractors. The report provides a listing of the total loads, weight and pay rates, by truck, for each block/destination combination. The report shows your average truck pay rate for each truck and for each block/destination combination, allowing to check to make sure the appropriate rate has been applied for pay in The Logger's Edge.

14.		Driver Hours (#615) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to calculate the hours worked by your truck drivers based on your load tickets. The report takes the loads for each driver and multiplies the count by the average trip (cycle) time that you have set up for each block. This is an estimate of the hours worked by each specific driver.

15.		Truck Statistics (#616) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a summary of your trucking performance. This report produces several statistics that can be used to see how well your trucks and driver and working. For each truck, these statistics include: The average loads per day The average weight hauled per load The average 'short' weight per load. The revenue earned by day. The estimated hours worked per day. Revenue per hour.

16.		Operating Costs by Account (#619) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to provide a quick tabulation of your expenses on a specific type of expense by truck. This report tabulates your miscellaneous expenses by expense account code, by truck. For example, it can provide a listing of your fuel expenses, truck-by-truck, and include the odometer reading (if it is tracked).

1.		Sample Loads (#313) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show detailed listing of sample loads from each block, on a load-by-load basis. Report covers all sample loads delivered from each block, including the weights and volumes of the loads. The sample loads are matched up with their associated hand scale data and the distribution of logs, by species and by product is shown.

2.		Daily Load Slips (#314) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show detailed deliveries from each block, on a load-by-load basis. Report only includes load 'header' weight scale records.

3.		Log Defect Report (#316) -- Report Documentation
		Focus of Report is to show each load and the defect volume recorded for each load. The report relies on matching hand-scale log data to the weight scale load tickets.

4.		Log Tally Sheet (#317) -- Report Documentation. Focus of Report is to show detailed listing of each log for each load that is hand scaled and imported.
