Getting started with a new software program is always the hardest part.  It can be one of the most annoying, frustrating and aggravating experiences anyone would voluntarily put themselves through.  The resources on this page will hopefully ease this this startup burden.  Even so, we know that users will probably utter a couple of explicatives before they reach wizard status.

Caribou Support

Caribou internet support is provided by Linktivity.  Linktivity is a really cool internet software program that allows us to see (or take over) your computer and help you effectively use the Edge.  We also use Linktivity to provide demos of new or enhanced features over the World Wide Web.
Release Notes As we release new versions of our software, we will post a summary of the significant new features, enhancements and bug fixes.
FTP Site The 'FTP' site is used by us to exchange large files with you.  For example, if we need a copy of your database to analyze a problem, we will ask to to 'post' your database file to our FTP site.  You will need a user name and password to access the FTP site - if you don't have an account, call us and we will set up an account for you.
